• Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are entered correctly before placing your order.

• If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be required to pay the shipping charges.

• Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified after it has been shipped.

• We currently ship across India only.

• All orders are carefully packed in our signature Naintaraa packaging to ensure they arrive safely.
