Refund policy
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders due to hygienic reasons.
- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
- As all our jewellery pieces are specially packed and handled with care, all sales are final.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or slight variations in colour and appearance due to lighting or screen settings.
- In the rare case that you may receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, a refund or replacement, if applicable, will be processed.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 2–7 business days to the original payment method.
- We advise you to take a video while opening your Naintaraa package. Without a proper evidence, refund won’t be issued.
